Kransz general terms and conditions
These general conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the website www.kransz.se. The terms constitute an agreement between you and Kransz jewelry AB org. no. 559421-6573, Nordenskiöldsgatan 11, 211 19, Malmö (hereinafter "Kransz"). By making purchases from us physically, via other channels or by using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We therefore ask you to read the terms and conditions carefully before using our site. Kransz jewelry AB only enters into agreements with persons of legal age (18 years). If you are a minor, a guardian's permission is required.
Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Products
Kransz jewelry AB reserves the right for possible typographical errors in texts on this website. Gram weights and measurements are estimates and may deviate slightly as the products are made by hand. We also do not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products.
Payment
You can pay with via bank transfer or partial payment in two different payments of 50% each. You can choose the payment method that suits you best. We start your order as soon as we receive payment. Your payment of 100% or 50% is binding and non-refundable.
Ordering
When we have received your payment, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address on your order. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via e-mail to info@kransz.se
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are approx. 4-8 weeks. For our ring models that you find on our site, the delivery time is normally approx. 4 weeks. For customized and unique designs, the delivery time can be approx. 4-8 weeks. Contact us if you have a deadline to meet. We do our best to deliver and in some cases can speed up the process. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received a product that you have ordered.
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us Info@kransz.se . In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated. You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice. You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging. From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the product's original value in the case of a used or damaged product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes. Claims and complaints
Despite our very careful quality control of each product, should the product still be damaged or mis-shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the fault free of charge or cancel the purchase and issue a refund. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@kransz.se where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error. If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints. We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
